Bottoms Up Beer

I think the idea is great for sporting events or concerts, where the profit margin on the macro brews is high enough to cover the equipment and the special cups, and where speed of servicing the customers is very important.  But for craft beer the proper head would not be achieved.  I think it has its place though.
